Probabil ca, cei care au incercat cel putin 2 solutii de email marketing au observat ca apar diferente in ceea ce priveste ratele de bouce, deschideri si chiar click-uri. Problema insa nu tine doar de tehnologia folosita ci si de modul in care fiecare furnizor defineste si calculeaza indicatorii pe care ii furnizeaza.

Rata de deliverabilitate desemneaza numarul email-urilor livrate in Inbox din numarul total al email-urilor trimise. Acest numar se calculeaza scazand atat numarul mesajelor care nu si-au atins tinta din cauza adreselor de email invalide (hard bounce) sau a casutelor de email pline (soft bounce), cat si numarul email-urilor care au fost filtrate de ISP-uri precum [...]
